Rahel Getu embarked on her artistic journey at an early age when she joined ‘Hitsanat and Wetatoch theatre.’ She collaborated with notable artists like Esubalew Yitayew and Jacky Gosee. Later, she became a member of the ‘Yegna’ music group, consisting of five talented girls. Rahel is not only a singer but also an actress, making appearances in the TV serial drama ‘Yegna’ on national television.

Her music career took off with the debut single ‘Tilobegn,’ a milestone success penned by Wendi Mak. Building on this, she released her debut album, ‘Etemete.’ Currently, Rahel Getu has dropped the ‘Weret’ EP via Sewasew Multimedia, showcasing her continued growth and versatility in the music industry.
